Past life regression is something that always fascinated and interested me growing up.

I had tried and failed many times to access my past life memories, but because of that I learned a lot about different ways to do so.

I realized that even if I did not have actual memories that made sense yet, there are layers to obtaining these memories.

First are emotional triggers that hint at a deeper understanding of things that make no sense on the surface, but your soul remembers them for you, causing an emotional response.

Second are the first glimpses of memory. When your mind is deep enough to finally obtain the memories, they can come in brief visions or dreams.

The third part is trying to figure out how the memories fit together through feeling, research, etc.

There is no wrong way to understand the memories you obtain. Many people believe there are, but I do not.

Just as with my Omnist belief system, I believe it when people have specific memories of past lives. Yes, many people believe they were the same historical figure, but at the same time who is to say the soul does not split or share lives after death? That is another Omnist belief I have for another day.

The reason I am writing this blog post is that I am almost finished with a draft of a past life regression workbook. It is designed to help anyone trying to get into their past lives to journal their journey by using prompts, my own personal examples, and research I’ve done for my dissertation for my Master’s in Creative Writing and Publishing.

I aim to have finished the first draft by the end of January/early February. I will publish as soon as it is fully edited, and sell it on this website.
